Use this form to request a temporary account pause or permanent deletion of your MedClock account and associated personal data.

  • Medication acknowledgement and reminder history
  • Linked MedClock device information
  • Carer and account relationships
  • Other personal information associated with the account

Data that may be retained

MedClock may retain limited information where required by law, for security or fraud prevention, or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting your MedClock account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple subscription settings to prevent future renewal charges.
