Check in with one press
A participant can press the large top button whenever they want to send a reassuring check-in. No app or wearable is required for the person at home.
NDIS and Home Care Package invoice requests
Provide the participant, billing and delivery details below. Our Australian team will review the request and prepare the appropriate MedClock invoice or contact you if anything needs clarification.
Simple support in everyday life
MedClock keeps the participant experience deliberately simple while giving authorised family members, carers and support teams useful information for appropriate follow-up.
A participant can press the large top button whenever they want to send a reassuring check-in. No app or wearable is required for the person at home.
Holding the button for five seconds sends an assistance request to connected recipients so family or the nominated support team can follow their agreed response plan.
Set daily check-ins or reminders for medication, meals and appointments. A missed scheduled check-in can be surfaced for follow-up.
MedClock V2

One straightforward purchase
Each MedClock includes the device, USB charging cable, Australian USB power adapter and ongoing access to the MedClock app. Everyday app access does not require an ongoing subscription.
Purchasing pathways
MedClock can prepare a formal invoice or quote using the participant, plan manager, provider and billing details you supply. Funding approval remains subject to the participant's plan and the purchasing decision.
Request an invoice using the participant and billing details required for a self-managed purchase.
Include plan-manager contact details, participant information and your preferred invoice reference.
Provide the care provider's purchasing and delivery details so our team can prepare the requested paperwork.
Designed around the person
MedClock supports everyday routines without making the participant learn another app. Connected support can adjust settings remotely while the person at home continues using one familiar button.
Connected family can see when a check-in has been received rather than relying only on calls or messages throughout the day.
The clock remains in the home and requires only one large button, with no pendant or participant smartphone to charge, carry or learn.
Discuss setup, connected-user access, invoicing and delivery with the Australian MedClock team before ordering.
