Can I link more than one phone?

Yes, when the plan and account settings allow linked users. Linked users can monitor the same MedClock.

Does the user need a phone?

No. The person using MedClock only needs the MedClock device and button.

Why did a notification not appear?

Check phone notification permissions, internet connection, MedClock online status and whether the reminder was acknowledged inside the grace period.

What does the person do on the physical MedClock?

They watch for the reminder on the screen, listen for the alert, then press the top button to acknowledge once the medication has been handled.
