Designed for everyday life

What makes MedClock different?

Reassurance without asking someone to wear, charge or learn another personal device.

Examples of MedClock check-in, missed reminder and assistance notifications for family
  • It is not a wearable so there is nothing to remember to put on each morning
  • Small and familiar with a clear clock display that takes up very little space
  • Family can notice a missed check-in when an active scheduled reminder is not acknowledged, including when the person cannot get to MedClock to check in
  • Share the good moments too with check-in notifications that reduce the anxiety of only hearing when something is wrong
  • No separate mobile connection plan because MedClock uses home WiFi and everyday app access is included
  • Customise reminders for real life including medication, appointments, doctors, meals or other daily routines
  • No app for the person at home while connected family can adjust settings remotely from anywhere with internet access

MedClock FAQ

Does the user need a phone?

No. The person using MedClock does not need a smartphone, app, login or touchscreen to check in or request assistance. A family member or carer uses the MedClock app for setup, schedules and notifications.

Does MedClock need WiFi?

For connected features, yes. MedClock uses WiFi for app visibility, check-in and assistance notifications, remote schedule updates and synchronisation. Scheduled reminders continue locally if the internet drops out, but family notifications require connectivity.

Is a subscription required?

No. MedClock can be used without an ongoing subscription for everyday app use.

How do not-acknowledged reminder alerts work?

You choose a grace period. If the reminder is not acknowledged within that time, MedClock can notify connected family members that it may have been missed.

Can medications be updated remotely?

Yes. A connected family member or carer can add, edit or remove scheduled check-in times in the MedClock app and synchronise them when the device is connected to WiFi.

What happens if internet drops out?

Scheduled reminders still alert the user locally. Check-in and assistance notifications, app updates and synchronisation need connectivity and resume when the device reconnects.

What is MedClock not designed to replace?

MedClock is designed to support medication routines and family visibility. It is not a fall detector, emergency response service, or substitute for professional care or emergency services.

What is included with MedClock?

The MedClock device, charger, app access, Australian support, a 12-month warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee are included.

Can I add one-off reminders?

Yes. MedClock supports one-off reminders from the app up to 7 days in advance for appointments, temporary routines or short-term care instructions.
