The MedClock app is for family and carers. Use it to link a MedClock V2, set medication reminder times, receive phone alerts, and check acknowledgement history.
Before you start
Install the MedClock app and allow notifications when the app asks.
Power on MedClock and keep the phone nearby while linking.
If MedClock will use Wi-Fi, have the network name and password ready.
Setup
Sign in with your email address. The app will email you a one-time code.
The app will scan using its in-app Bluetooth pairing screen. Keep the phone close to MedClock.
Use the code shown on the MedClock display. If the code is not visible, power cycle MedClock and wait for the pairing screen.
Wi-Fi lets MedClock send updates and notifications directly. Without Wi-Fi, you can still set manual time and update nearby using Bluetooth.
Set the medication times, medication names, dosages, grace period and phone notification preferences.
